The naysayer

"The naysayer" - 88 x 88 cm. Latex, acrylic, spray paint on canvas, (unframed/ready to hang) 2026. This artwork was recreated on a reclaimed canvas. I do my best to be discerning about which canvas is acceptable and which is not, when reclaiming a previously painted canvas. There are naysayers that would frown upon my approach, but necessity is the mother of invention. I am an artist with a very small studio right now. I don't have the tools or space to create new frames at this time. This work carries a "you do you" vibe and forget the peanut gallery.
