This piece is a continuation of the abstract portrait series...My thoughts of all of the comedians that I grew up with and loved on tv... One being Al Franken. He is from Minnesota. We had to see all 50 states in the US and flew into Minneapolis to take a roadtrip in order to mark of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. We stayed near Lake Harriet and found it to be such a charming and welcoming area. Mind you, it was the middle of summer, but welcoming none the less...and, to the people of Minnesota...
